Web BMS Individual Training Sessions
The Budget Management System is developed and maintained by the University Budget Office to provide three categories of financial data from the Financial system: current fiscal year actual and budget, future fiscal year budget, and year-end snap shots of previous fiscal years. The system allows you to generate financial reports based on OUC (College level or Department level). The system enables administrative and academic departments to easily access both actual and budget information on the web for all budget codes and trust funds at both summary and detail levels.
Training for BMS is offered on an individual basis. A member of the Budget Office staff will present the application and customize the instruction for your particular unit(s). To schedule training, please contact Jennifer Coltrane at 515-9230 or email: jennifer_coltrane@ncsu.edu .
