The Budget Management System (BMS) has been replaced with a new report inside of the Wolfpack Reporting System (WRS): Report 14 - Chartfield Specific Balance by Account. Unlike other WRS reports that pull financial information for a specific Project ID, this new report allows you to generate financial reports based on several criteria, such as Department, Funding Group, Program, and Class. The new report has more functionality than BMS, including drill down capability, FTE information, selecting and displaying 6-digit department information, and ability to run the report for any month. To see this new report in WRS, you will need to go to the "My Preferences" link at the bottom of the main WRS menu page. From the "My Preferences" page, you can select Report 14 so that it will appear on your main menu.

The old BMS system was shutdown on December 19, 2008.
