Can I see my current account balance when I look at my eBILL?
No, your eBILL is your current billing statement. Any new charges or credits, after the billing date, will not be reflected on your eBILL. To check your current account balance, log into the MyPACK Portal, select "Student Self Service", "Campus Finances", and "Account Summary".
When do I receive my eBILL?
Each month, all students with an outstanding balance will receive an email notification to their unity email account stating that their eBILL is available online to view and print.
How do I access my eBILL?
Students can access their eBILL by logging into the MyPACK Portal with their unity id and password. Choose "Student Self Service", "Campus Finances", and "Account Summary ". Select the "View eBill" button. Once you have logged into ePAY, choose “View Accounts” to view your bill. To view a printable version of the billing statement, choose the “View as PDF” link. You may print the PDF file or save and attach to an email.

Authorized payers can access an eBILL by logging in at https://quikpayasp.com/ncstate/qp/login/authorized.do, with authorized payer login name and password given to you by the student. Choose “View Accounts” to view your bill. To view a printable version of the billing statement, choose the “View as PDF” link.

What if I don’t know my unity ID and/or password?

How do I print my billing statement (including remittance stub)?
To view a printable version of the billing statement that includes the remittance stub, log into ePay. Choose "View Accounts". Once you are on the Current Statement screen, choose the “View as PDF” link. You may print the PDF file or save and attach to an email.

How can others view my eBILL?
To grant parents (or others) access to view electronic billing statements or pay a bill online, the student needs to set them up as an authorized payer. The student will log into the MyPACK Portal (using their Unity ID and password) and choose "Student Self Service", "Campus Finances", and "Account Summary ". Select the "View eBILL" button. Once the ePAY site opens, select "Authorize Payers" and then enter a user name and password for parents or other authorized payers. The authorized payer login can be accessed at https://quikpayasp.com/ncstate/qp/login/authorized.do.

If I have a third party paying my student account bill, will they get an eBILL?
Students may add a second email address for bill notifications from the eBILL website by logging into the MyPACK Portal (with unity id and password). Choose "Student Self Service", "Campus Finances", and "Account Summary ". Select the "View eBILL" button. Once you have entered ePAY, select "User Preferences". The student can add a second email address so that parents or authorized payers will be sent a notification that an updated eBILL is available.
How can I obtain a paper copy of my bill?
Once you have logged into ePAY, choose “View Accounts” to view your bill. To view a printable version of the billing statement, choose the “View as PDF” link. You may print the PDF file. You can also visit the Student Accounts Office for assistance with printing your bills.
What if I don’t receive a bill?
You are responsible for making sure that the amount owed is paid by the due date whether or not a bill is received. Please note that you are responsible for maintaining a current home/mailing and email address with Registration and Records. To see the current status of your account or review previous bills, you may log into the MyPACK Portal (using your unity ID and password), or call or stop by our office and the Student Accounts staff will assist you in determining the status of your account.
How can I view previous billing statements?
Once you have logged into ePAY, choose “View Accounts”. In the Account Actions drop down menu, choose “Statement History”. Choose the magnifying glass icon beside the statement you would like to view.
What if I do not want to receive my bill electronically?
The University Cashier's Office has provided an "opt out" option for eBILL. If you decide you do not want to be involved in electronic billing, you may "opt out" of electronic billing by logging into the MyPACK Portal. Select "Student Self Service", "Campus Finances", and "Account Summary ". Select the "Charges Due" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the arrow beside Billing Options. Select the billing option of your choice.
