If your address is incorrect then you should contact Registration and Records to have it updated. When they update it in their system it will update on your account at the University Cashier's Office as well. If it does not update to our system then please let us know because there may be some additional problem for us to look into.
Who do I contact if my department pays my tuition and it isn't reflecting on my account?
Once your department contacts us directly about paying your tuition, we will make the appropriate note on your account.
Can I pay my bill with my credit card?
You can pay online with a credit card or by electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account (e-check) using ePAY. A 2% transaction fee will be charged on all credit card payments. Electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account may be made at no charge. Start by logging into the MyPACK Portal and select the "For Students" tab. Select the "Account Summary" link. Select the "View eBILL" button and then the "Make Payment" link.
Why do I receive my fee bills so close to the beginning of each semester?
This is due to several reasons. First, this allows any lingering charges from a previous semester to be paid, thereby, simplifying the payment process. Secondly, many students who register early for a semester make numerous changes in their class/course schedules, causing many changes in the fees which may be due. Thus by waiting as late as possible, it eliminates the chances of fee bills being misstated. This also allows the opportunity for "Estimated Financial Aid/MPP" to appear on the statement which gives credit to the student. These are just a few reasons for statements being sent so close to the beginning of a semester.
