The Office of Contracts and Grants, a department of Financial Services Division, is now located on the second floor of Administrative Services III on Sullivan Drive (Map to new location). Our campus box number, telephone and fax numbers all remained the same.

The Office of Contracts and Grants is responsible for post-award administration of contracts and grants awarded to the University, establishing policies and procedures consistent with the federal regulation policy manuals, providing guidance in assessing the reasonableness of costs, and financial compliance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the effort reporting and related redistribution systems, coordinating external audits, providing training to internal and campus personnel, preparing and negotiating the Facilities and Administrative rate proposal, preparing and revising the Disclosure Statement in accordance with the University's costing policies, and reviewing and approving specialized service center rates for the centers that charge contract and grant projects.
