| Enterprise Application Services (EAS) is responsible for the development and maintenance of the NC State Administrative Portal and the Financials and Human Resources administrative systems. EAS works closely with the University central offices and various campus organizations (University Business Officers, etc.) to perform functional systems analysis and develop all functional specifications for supported systems. This includes determining the cost/benefit of future releases and modifications as well as identifying where delivered packages meet University needs and where custom programs are necessary. Once functional specifications have been developed, EAS is responsible for developing all necessary programs, performing system-level testing, coordinating all QA efforts with the central offices, and moving new programs/applications into production. EAS also provides all application troubleshooting and problem resolution services once applications move into production. | ||
