| About Client Solutions |
| The ETSS Client Solutions unit is comprised of three teams: Help Desk, Client Services and the Solutions Center. The ETSS Help Desk functions as first tier support for customers of the ETSS Solutions Center and ETSS Client Services teams. The Solutions Center team services NC State University customers who access administrative applications and information. The ETSS Client Services team provides support and consulting to administrative customers using the standard ETSS Administrative Desktop and to other customers using the ETSS GroupWise Messaging system for electronic mail and calendaring. |
