These applications include the Human Resources System, the Financial System, the Administrative Portal, Mainframe access (including the Student System), and other Sybase/Oracle applications. This unit manually processes requests for access to these applications through the Automated Security Access Process (ASAP), a web application. This unit not only provides security leadership in the development and upgrading of the Financials, Human Resources, and Student applications, it also provides security help desk support for the statewide users of the ETSS-supported applications.
