The Automated Security Access Process (ASAP) is an online procedure used for requesting access to University data via administrative applications such as the Human Resources System, (HR); the Financials System (FS); and various mainframe/Sybase applications.
Access requests are entered into ASAP by initiators with department head or dean/vice- chancellor authorization, and then automatically sent to the appropriate approving authorities. The initiator of the request is then notified when the access request is complete.
To sign on to ASAP, a Unity, Sybase or HR/Financials userid and password must be used. (See the ASAP User's Guide for more detailed information). |
