| The DES Team under ETSS Technical Services provides systems services and third-level technology support for enterprise-wide solutions used by administrative personnel across campus, such as email and calendar systems, faxing, file and print services, office productivity tools, as well as other licensed applications. The DES Team manages the Novell/NDS and Citrix environments used by these customers. |
