| The ISS Team under ETSS Technical Services designs, delivers, and maintains the enterprise infrastructure resources and services for the University's administrative IT systems and application environments. The ISS Team is responsible for the ETSS datacenter resources, hardware, infrastructure software, core services, data storage, data and system backup, as well as open systems platform support. |
