Inform the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid as soon as you are offered a scholarship by completing the Scholarship Notification & Donor Request Form.
If your scholarship donor requires an invoice or verification of your enrollment, please complete the donor request section of the Scholarship Notification & Donor Request Form.
