This web site is for use by faculty and staff in determining how different types of university funds can be used to achieve the instruction, research, and public service objectives of the university. The guidelines have been formatted as a handbook and may be printed using the pdf file below. The guidelines are updated regularly to provide the latest information available. A reference section under the heading "Revised Information Applicable to Each Update" may also be referenced to quickly identify any substantive changes made in revised editions.
