Pride of the Wolfpack Award
What
is the Pride of the Wolfpack Award? It
is an "on the spot" award designed to recognize NC State employees
for a special or unique contribution to their college/unit or
the University.
Who
is Eligible? This program recognizes SPA and EPA employees
at their respective college/unit level and the criteria for nominations,
selection of recipients and delivery of awards will be handled
by each college/unit. Temporary employees and student employees
are not eligible.
How
many awards are there? A specified number of awards are
made available to each college/unit according to the number of
employees within the college/unit. Each award is given to an individual
employee, not a group or team. For all members of a group to receive
an award, each should be nominated individually.
What will you win? The program provides recipients with an award certificate and a gift selection from the bookstore.
If you would like to nominate an employee, please take the time to
fill out the form below. After a department has selected an employee
to receive a Pride of the Wolfpack Award, the college/unit coordinator
will complete the notification form and submit the information
to Pride of the Wolfpack Coordinator at
515-4282.
