Workers' Comp & Disability

  • Workers' Compensation - For employees who experience a work-related injury or illness, get the details on required reporting procedures, an explanation of 'Leave Without Pay - Workers' Compensation' status, and forms to take to medical appointments. For supervisors, get reports that must be completed within 24 hours after the incident occurs and an explanation of supervisor responsibilities. Note: A supervisor's first responsibility is to assess the incident and assist the employee in seeking proper medical care or necessary treatment for any work-related injury.
