Employee Relations consultants are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. to talk with you confidentially about any unique individual or organizational needs you may have.
For Faculty and Staff
Employee Relations assists Faculty and Staff members in resolving a variety of workplace concerns such as work environment issues,
conduct expectations, communication problems,
filing grievances and/or
formal or informal complaints, and
prohibited workplace harassment and/or discrimination.Our consultants
advocate for effective solutions to workplace concerns.
For Departments
Employee Relations assists managers and supervisors in addressing conduct expectations, performance management, and disciplinary or other SPA
and EPA employee concerns. The department also provides consulting and training on performance management and successive discipline.
Requests for mediation, exit interviews, or assistance in conducting an administrative investigation should be directed to Employee Relations.
