International Employment

Welcome! The International Employment Office (IE) assists the University to sponsor international employees both for nonimmigrant visas ( H-1Bs, TNs, Os), business and visitor visas (B-1s, B-2s, and visa waivers); and immigration petitions ("green cards"). IE stays current with relevant US Citizenship and Immigrant Service (USCIS, formerly INS), Department of State, and Department of Labor regulations and policies, and provides education to the university community to facilitate understanding and compliance.

The IE office is located in Suite 110 on the first floor of HR Admin II at 2711 Sullivan Drive. The Foreign National Tax Specialist is also located in this suite, so we are now known as International Employment and Taxation, or IET. The main IET telephone number and fax numbers are listed above on this page.
