Deductions
All Campus Network
Employees may use their ID badge to charge purchases at all campus convenience stores, University Dining, and the Bookstore. Charges are then payroll deducted from the employee's paycheck. The All Campus Card may also be used for gym access and for checking books out from the

Benefit Enrollment Changes
Changes to benefits enrollments are made through the University Benefits Office or directly with the benefit vendor. Please refer to the University Benefits website for more information.
Employer Matching Contribution Rates
NC State makes a significant contribution towards the cost of employee benefit plans. To find out which plans and how much, check out this link.
Gym Access and Locker Fees
To sign up for membership, please go to the Carmichael Gymnasium. All employees are required to have their membership dues deducted via payroll deduction. To cancel you membership deduction, please follow the instructions below.
Parking Fees and Fines
All SPA and EPA employees may use payroll deductions for parking fees and fines through the Transportation Office. Qualifing graduate students may also request payroll deduction for parking permits as well.
University Annual Fund Contributions
You can support the University through a gift donation, including payroll deduction of cash gifts. Refer to the Faculty and Staff link on the NC Annual Fund's website.
Deduction Cancellation
Some voluntary deduction plans may be canceled online via MyPack Portal. Once you have logged into the portal, select "Employee Self Service". "Voluntary deductions" is an option under "Payroll and Compensation". Or you can complete a NC State Payroll Deduction Cancellation Form. Please note that it can take up to two weeks to process a paper form.
