University Targeted Staffing (UTS)
UTS provides cost-effective and qualified temporary personnel in a variety of occupations. For NC State departments, UTS solves staffing problems caused by a surge in workload, vacant positions, vacations, or illness.
12% of new hires from July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2006, were initially UTS employees. These 90 former UTS employees are indicators of our success identifying and placing qualified, motivated employees. We can put this experience to work for your department!
