- Items are sold on a first come, first serve basis to the general public, other state agencies and any profit/non-profit organizations.
- Prices of items at the sale are non-negotiable and may not be changed during the course of the sale.
- Materials Support has a wide variety of items; however, most common items are laboratory equipment, computers, monitors, desks, tables, office chairs, and filing cabinets.
- Payment in Cash or by Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept checks.
- If you are unable to take the item with you on the day of purchase, we will allow customers the flexibility to pick up their property the following business day.

Non-Profit Organizations Guidelines

- The organization must supply Materials Support a letter on their letterhead, outlining items to be purchased, as well as stating the name of the person who is allowed to purchase the property.
- The letter must include your Federal I.D. number and be signed by a person authorizing the request.
- We also need a copy of your 501(c)(3).
- After the completed documentation is submitted and the items are selected, the recipient must sign and date the letter acknowledging receipt of the property.
