The charge of the PMO Advisory Board is to assist the PMO in oversight of Project Management use within RMIS by:

• Guiding in the identification, creation, and enforcement of the RMIS Project Management standards
• Guiding in the identification, creation, and adjustments of RMIS Project Management Processes
• Guiding the creation of RMIS Project Management guidelines and templates to assist Project Managers
