Education Advisory Board

The Office of Finance and Business at NC State holds membership in the Education Advisory Board University Business Executive Roundtable, a service that reports on innovative practices at colleges and universities addressing a broad range of business and finance-related topics. The Roundtable is a membership of chief business officers representing universities and colleges across the country, which also supports the extended leadership team in central administration and across academic units at member institutions.

As a service to its members, the Education Advisory Board makes available a wealth of information on-line at www.educationadvisoryboard.com. The site is protected for members-only access, and all NC State personnel are authorized to create a personal site password free of charge. The website features national best practice studies that have already been completed, descriptions of in-progress best practice initiatives, and a library of custom reports completed on behalf of member institutions.

To obtain a username and password, follow these instructions:
(1) Go to the website at www.educationadvisoryboard.com
(2) On the right side of the page, select "University Business Executive Roundtable"
(3) Clicking the link takes you to the membership login page. At the bottom of the login box, select "click here to register"
(4) Fill out all of the information fields provided and click "submit"; you will receive an email in your inbox containing a link that returns to the password set-up page, where you'll be cued to register a personal password
(5) Once you've registered a password, you'll be sent to the membership site where you'll have full access to the contents
