Students will enroll (register) for Spring 2009 classes using current version of MyPack Portal.
January 2009
Spring 2009 semester begins with no changes that impact students.

Student Records Go Live
Enrollment Changes (drops and changes to grading method) for Spring 2009 begin in SIS
March 2009
Enrollment for Summer & Fall 2009 begins in MyPack Portal with SIS enhancements. Students should check MyPack Portal to determine the day and time of their enrollment appointment. Enrollment appointments will open hourly during registration.
Advising Functionality Will Not Change But Registration PINs Will No Longer Be Used (Students and Advisors will continue to access Degree Audit & Plan of Work through the MyPack Portal, this functionality will not change. Undergraduate, Graduate, and Ag Institute students will have a registration hold/service indicator placed on their record and will need to see their advisor prior to registration to have the "Term Advisement Required" service indicator removed. NDS & CVM Students will be able to register anytime after their enrollment appointment opens)

Enrollment Appointments are the same as Registration Windows and will open hourly throughout Registration.
Enhanced Class Search Capabilities
Students will be able to search by day, time, instructor, etc.
Class Swapping
The ability to drop & add classes in one transaction. Student will be able to retain enrollment in one class until confirmation of enrollment in another
Pre-Requisite Enforcement
Students that have not met an enforced pre-requisite will not be permitted to enroll without first contacting the instructor/ department.
Auto Enrollment in Paired Lectures & Labs
For lectures that have a required lab, students would select the lab and automatically be enrolled in the corresponding lecture.
Tracking of Academic Minors & Certificates Available
From the time a student declares their intent to complete a minor or certification, the student can be systematically tracked.
Spring 2009 Grades become available in SIS for early ending classes.
May 2009
Spring 2009 Grades Available in SIS.
There will be no change to the Spring 2009 Graduation application or clearance process for campus.
