SIS Implementation Go-Live Schedule

  • July 2007: Campus Community Phase 1, MYPACK Portal, Combined Student/Human Resource Database (100% complete)

  • September 2007: Admissions, Campus Community Phase 2, Student Financials Phase 1, and Housing (100% Complete)

  • June 2008: Student Records Phase 1 (Class Scheduling)

  • September 2008 through March 2009: Student Records Phase 2 (Registration), Student Financials Phase 2 (Tuition Calculation), Student Records Phase 3 (Transcripts), Transfer Course Equivalency, and Legacy Academic Advising Interfaces (Automated Degree Audit/Graduate Automated Records System) from SIS, Student Records Phase 4 (Grading/Term End)

  • Later phases include the retirement of the legacy Financial Aid and Academic Advising systems.
