"NOTHING compares to the seminars
offered by the Leadership Development Series. Repeatedly I have witnessed the impact
on the students in the areas of increased involvement in campus activities as well as a
heightened awareness of the need to do more than just go to class! I am constantly
thanked by the students for directing them to this resource that provided contact with
outstanding professionals sharing a wealth of life experiences.

"Most college
students misidentify what will get them hired. While students often believe high
GPA's, strong letters of recommendation and graduating from prestigious institutions will
seal a job, employers do not. So what does? Student leadership experience is
often the strongest part of a new graduate resume, sometimes trumping academic or even
paid work experience, Student leadership experiences demonstrate your ability to
motivate, budget, compromise and organize - skills valuable at any job."
