About Us

The Solutions Center is a unit created to facilitate customer resolution(s) and serves as a focal point for information gathering and dissemination.

The Solutions Center services all NC State University customers and typically provides solutions to those accessing administrative information.

The Solutions Center also functions as a referral center to all other NC State University resources. The Solutions Center is constantly enhancing/evolving its services.

Mission

The ETSS Solutions Center is implemented to provide North Carolina State University's customer's with a central point of contact to support the Adminstrative Information Technology users.

In cooperation with other computing consultants on campus, we support ETSS/Unity, the NC State Novell-based distributed computing network, and its software applications ( PeopleSoft, etc.)
