Foundations Accounting & Investment

The Foundations Accounting & Investments Department is responsible for providing oversight of the investment programs, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, coordination of annual audits and tax reporting, and preparing presentations to the boards of directors for The Endowment Fund, the NC State Investment Fund, Inc. and eight University-related foundations.

University Bookstore

The NCSU Bookstore is the official on-campus bookstore serving North Carolina State University. The bookstore operates as a service and for the convenience of the NC State University students, faculty, administration, staff, alumni and campus visitors. Annual surplus profits are returned to the University for need-based financial aid programs.

Real Estate Office

The Real Estate Office is responsible for management of all real property owned or allocated to the University, the Endowment Fund, and affiliated foundations, which currently encompasses approximately 106,000 acres across the State of North Carolina. All real property transactions are reviewed and approved by this office prior to execution before submitting for approval by University Administration and the governing bodies of the Board of Trustees, Board of Governors, and the Council of State.

Debt Management

The University Debt Manager is responsible for planning, issuance and ongoing portfolio management of the University's capital debt, both internal and external. This office works with departments, auxiliaries and management to plan for and issue new capital debt issues along with ongoing compliance and portfolio review.
